Congratulations to @indiabarwell on her 4th place finish at this year’s @bucssport T&F 5000m result.

India occupied the bronze spot for much of the race, running solo before eventually crossing the line in 4th, with a seasons best time of 16:28.95, 16 seconds ahead of 5th place and less than 12 seconds off a medal and podium position.

This years T&F BUCS Championships took place in Cardiff, from Saturday until today.

India is going from strength to strength as an U20W athlete, with term-time training now with @lboroathletics and still an active member of #LWAC when returning back to the Shire.

India has recorded a road 5k time of 16:08 and represented both @englandathletics and @teamgb in recent years, the latter being the @fisu_crosscountry in Italy just a few months ago.
