On the women’s side, the podium was a unanimous Welly 1, 2, 3:

For the men, 1st & 3rd places went to former LWAC athletes, turned Newark Athletic Club, @runwithjw & @jacob_john_parkinson with 2nd & 4th being taken up by @willrs12 in preparation for Manchester Marathon, and @callumparkin97
