Abbie Wins Trafford 10k

Abbie crossed the line in a seasons best 31:59, with a winning margin of just 2 seconds from @warriors.pac Emily Haggard-Kearney.
Abbie is currently in marathon training, ahead of lining up on the elite start at @londonmarathon, with @bathhalf coming up as good preparation, where last year she won, and recorded the 2nd fastest time the event has ever seen. More on other great news for Abbie coming very soon… 
This race was 18 seconds quicker than her last 10k 2 months ago in @10kvalencia, and is her fastest since Valencia 2 years ago. Her PB remains at 31:42 on the road, set in 2023 hers, and our hometown, of Lincoln.
