Two Athletes Make Home Nations England Selection!

Okay – let’s have one more to see the weekend out. Big congratulations go to Abbie Donnelly (Senior) and India Barwell (I20) on their selection by @englandathletics to represent England at the upcoming Home Nations 5k in Cardiff, 24th August.

Selection comes off the back of their @podium_5k result in Leicester back in March, where they ran 15:18 & 16:09 in the pouring rain, respectively. Both of those results became club road records for their age categories.

They are no strangers to the vest, having both been selected previously, too. Please join us in wishing them well for the upcoming event.
