Mabel Takes Silver in Dortmund

Mabel finished 1/100th of a second behind the winner, and absolute hot favourite, to storm through the world-class field in Germany, deserving her silver medal.

This puts Mabel right up there in the rankings for 2026, against the country, Europe, and world’s best sprinters, and still only 19 years of age!

Mabel time of 7:25s in the 60m was just shy of her PB (7.24s) and she can be extremely proud of her performance, scalping some seriously big hitters, showing just how much ability she already has, and how much potential there still is to come.
