LWAC take multiple medals at British Masters Outdoor T&F Champs

British Masters Outdoor Track & Field Champs! 

It isn’t just our youth or “seniors” doing the business, it’s also our other “seniors”  so here’s a roundup for day 6 of 7 in this week’s “Summer of Success Stories”.

The Veterans showed everyone that you can compete at the highest level for a long time if you train right (with LWAC, of course), taking home medals aplenty!

Here’s how they got on at the British Masters Athletics Championships (Outdoor Track & Field), at Derby, in July.
